The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of the e-commerce business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients and businesses within the real estate and lifestyle & hospitality sectors that’s interested in the brand’s investment and hospitality products and services.
- Conduct outreach and lead generation activities to acquire new customers.
- Present the brand’s solutions and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Customize sales presentations to address the unique needs and objectives of each client.
- Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Continuously work towards expanding the client portfolio and revenue streams.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and achievements.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and follow-up requests promptly and effectively.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about e-commerce industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
- Share insights and feedback with the product development and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration , marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales roles within the e-commerce, real estate, hospitality industries
- Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Strong understanding of real estate and hospitality market trends, property types, and guest preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Salary: ₦250,000.00 per month
